  1. Hey humans..a good idea so as you have breadcrumbs handy for all different recipes including the yummy crab cakes Diane made.

When you have a few slices of bread that have gone slightly stale or plain pizza bases that have went un-used. Just pop them in a food processor and put into separate freezer bags and store in the freezer until needed..off for walks now..toodles!

  3. Hola humans, To knead dough by hand, fold the dough towards you, then push it away with the heel of your hand. Give the dough a quarter turn and keep kneading, developing a rocking rhythm until it is smooth and elastic.

    Happy bread-making..:) Toodles

  4. hello food people..when making the aloo ki tikki, (i dont know what this is but it smelt yum) be careful on the peas if you use more than the recipe it makes the cakes too sticky and very hard to mould so measure your peas..:) Toodles!

  5. Hello humans..a pizza slicer is a great tool and its not just for pizza. It was a great utensil for slicing the quiche perfectly and then using a serving knife to plate up. Enjoy your quiche making..:)

  6. Hello, just a wee note:

Remember that egg whites will not whip if there is any trace of grease in the bowl or on the beaters (including egg yolk). Have fun foodies!

  7. Hello friends, it's been a while! Top tip this is if you are making anything bun like from fairy cakes to muffins to cupcakes, if you use a ice-cream scoop to place your batter in each bun case it is so much easier and you will be literally mess free!

    Toodles xx

  8. Hello peoples, when you are making fabulous cupcakes an easy way to spoon your mixture into the bun cases is to use an ice-cream scoop, it is sooo less messy than using a spoon and when you are using chocolate in your butter-cream use a little milk to really make it smooth and soft!

    Toodles xx
